IMG_2812Our farm is located on Exmoor in a valley on its own 25 acres of land complete with a river.  The cottage is around 470 years old and has outstanding views  including the 11th century site of Holwell Castle and the 10th century church of St Pedrocks just a short walk away.

The village of Parracombe with Fox & Goose Pub, post office/store, church, playground, bus stop etc is a short walk away.  There are footpaths and bridleways very close providing access to Exmoor.

We moved here in 2002 and the farm is still a working farm and has chickens, sheep, alpacas, pigs, horses ducks, geese and cows etc. We feel very fortunate to own the farm and want to share it’s magic with everyone, this is the beginning of our journey.DSC01217

During 2010 we refurbished our cottage whilst still retaining its authentic feel. We have an ongoing programme of improvements as we progress with our aim to share Sunnyside.

We are registered as a organic farm in January 2015.
